"Living at Arbor Green for the past 25 years I am pleased to see us moving forward with the ongoing replacement of roofs, balconies, and fences. I look forward to the rebuilding of the dumpster sheds and the maintenance of parking areas and roads. I know it costs all of us, but we cannot let our community go downhill as it had prior to 2012, it has taken all this time to recover and now our units have value again.
